2025 was one of Arise’s most successful years ever at the State House. Our advocacy wins included reducing the state grocery tax, removing barriers to maternal health care, securing paid parental leave for teachers and state employees, and advancing policies to reduce child hunger. And those were just a few of the successes we celebrated together!

Even as we celebrate many victories, we see that our idea of an inclusive democracy, as we know it, is under threat. But despite serious challenges from harmful new federal policies, Arise continues to push forward thanks to the support of our partners, staff and members like you.
