About the Membership Drive

The Membership Drive is a one-month push to recruit new members to Alabama Arise. By joining us as an Arise Ambassador, you can help grow our people power and build an Alabama where everyone has the resources they need to thrive. Arise Ambassadors recruit friends, family, neighbors and colleagues to join Alabama Arise during our summer Membership Drive.

About Arise Ambassadors

Being an Arise Ambassador is easy! You will receive a toolkit in the mail and via email with everything you need to be successful:

• A special fundraising link to track who you have recruited.
• Pre-written language, so all you need to do is copy and paste if you want to recruit your friends over email, social media, calls or texts.
• Arise brochures and thank-you notes.
• Suggested event agendas, in case you want to have friends over to learn about Arise!

We will send weekly updates about who you have recruited. And we will check in to answer questions and ensure your efforts are a success.

And there are prizes! If you recruit five new members during the Membership Drive, you’ll receive a free T-shirt. And if you recruit the most new members, you’ll receive a full Arise swag bag and a thank-you on our social media!

The new members you recruit also will receive some special benefits:

• A special welcome packet after joining.
• Recognition at our Annual Meeting and the ability to vote on our 2025 legislative priorities.
• Eligibility to use all our members-only benefits, such as receiving the Daily News Digest!
